Mind • Body • Performance

Hey, I’m Coach Kyle.

So I’m guessing I got your attention somewhere along the way.

But do you even train your mind, bro? 🧠

The bigger idea

Maybe you scanned for your mind. Maybe you scanned because you saw the way I train my body.

Either way, you’re in the right place. I’m interested in what happens when we stop treating the mind and body like two completely separate things.

Why I’m doing this

Train the body.
Train the mind.
See what happens.

I’m not here to hand you a motivational poster. I want to have a real conversation about what you’re trying to improve — physically, mentally, or both.

The handstand is one example for me. It took more than physical practice. It took focus, patience, frustration tolerance, consistency, and the willingness to keep working when I wasn’t getting the result I wanted yet.

The goal isn’t to become perfect. The goal is to become more capable.

Where My Steady Mind fits

Kyle is who you talk to.
My Steady Mind is how one part of the work is trained.

Awareness

Notice what’s happening instead of automatically reacting to it.

Practice

Build repeatable skills you can actually use in real situations.

Performance

Apply those skills to the things you care about — focus, pressure, goals, and growth.

No right answer

What made you scan?

Maybe something here sounds familiar. Maybe you’re curious. Maybe you want to train your body. Maybe you want to train your mind. Pick whatever feels closest — or just tell me what’s on your mind.

That’s interesting.

Tell me a little more.

Where are you thinking this could fit?
What sounds closest?
Here’s what I’d do next.

Your move

Want to actually talk about it?

No pressure. No hard sell. Just a conversation with Kyle about what you’re working on and whether the next step is mental training, physical training, or some combination of the two.
